Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will not incur any further charges; however, the deposit will be retained.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
In the event of a No-Show (failure to attend the tour without prior notice), the customer is responsible for paying 100% of the total booking amount, regardless of the deposit already paid.
By confirming the booking, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
